Lunches & Cocktail

Catered lunches have to be booked in advance of the convention.
The Aerospace & Plastics Meetings Lisboa cocktail (only reserved to BtoB meetings participants) will take place on February 1, at 6.30pm.

Booth Set Up

Exhibitors will have access to the venue to set up their booths on Tuesday January 31st, 2017 from 4.00pm to 8.00pm (for those unable to make it, we strongly recommend to arrive at the Exhibition Center at 7.00am on Wednesday, February 1).
